    I teach hatha flow, yin yoga and hot power yoga in person at City fitness, Nelson . My approach to teaching yoga is gentle, nurturing and accessible for all abilities.

    Explore online guided mediation audio and video recordings, workplace courses, mindfulness based stress reduction, mindful movement and mindfulness practices.

  • Retreats

    Are you are ready to pause, take a breath and unwind? Our retreats are designed to do just that, they are intended to offer you space to rest, relax and reconnect to your true self.

I am on a mission to help people find more joy, inner peace and balance in all areas of their life. Meet Nicola.

Hello nice to meet you, I’m Nicola a free spirit, independent freedom seeker, wife of my soul mate, mother of our two awesome teenagers and Nelson the chocolate Labrador!  I come from the great city of Liverpool with love, now living in Nelson New Zealand.

Yoga has been an integral part of my life since 2004. I am forever grateful for stumbling across the yoga centre in the heart of Liverpool on Hope St, where my journey began and now I get to share my love and experience of this life science with others.
