Most of us come to yoga for the physical benefits; to stretch, strengthen, lengthen and keep up our flexibility and mobility as well as to unwind and de-stress from modern lifestyles.
My intention and guidance is to help bring you home to your true self, to connect to your loving awareness, showing up however you are, wherever you are, as you are with kindness. To be able to help and support others as they begin to embark on their journey makes it all the more possible to realise the magic of yoga.

⊛ Hatha Yoga Classes
Hatha yoga is suitable for all and best for beginners just starting out on their yoga journey. Nicola’s hatha yoga flow includes pranayama (breathing techniques) and traditional sun salutations. The focus is on building strength and flexibility in a gentle slow flow.
⊛ Yin Yoga Classes
Yin yoga is an embododied passive floor-based practice where poses are held between 3-5 minutes. Think of yin yoga as an internal hug for the body, a slower space to soothe the nervous system, moving through the body going deeper into the pose and letting go of any tension or stress physically, mentally and emotionally, cultivating a stillness in mind & body. Nicola likes to theme her yin classes with the seasons and focuses on guiding the mind and body to relax and destress. This class is a must for all to balance yin and yang energies it complements all other forms of vigorous exercise.
⊛ Hot Power Yoga
Hot Power Yoga, is a stronger form of practice that encourages students to engage more fully in body as a tool to get out of their head. It has a physical focus, working on stamina, strength, flexibility and endurance. Power yoga can be fast paced enough to be a good cardio workout too. There are no set sequences and the sense of flow is present in power yoga classes. If you like the heat and are looking to feel strong, powerful and release any overwhelming emotions this is the class for you.
